Delete your account and data

You can delete the account you created in any of our apps, together with its associated data, at any time. You don't need to have the app installed.
Option 1 · In the app
Open the app, go to Settings › Account and tap Delete account. Confirm, and the account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 · By email
- Write to contact@quimardigital.com from the email address you signed up with.
- Use the subject Delete account and tell us the app name.
- If we can't verify that the account is yours, we'll ask you to confirm in the app or via a link we send you.
- We will delete the account within 30 days at most and confirm by email once done.
What is deleted and what is kept

Important
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought on the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the store first: how to cancel.
- You can also ask us to delete only some of your data without deleting the account, by writing to the same address.
